HotelME 利用規約

この利用規約は、メトロエンジン株式会社（以下「当社」）が提供するHotelMEの利用条件を定めるものです。HotelMEをご利用の際は、以下の内容とプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
1. サービスの内容
HotelMEは日本のホテルに関する取得済みの情報を検索・比較する、読み取り専用の情報提供サービスです。所在地、クチコミのテーマ別集計、宿泊日ごとの観測料金、対応する予約サイトのプラン検索リンク等を提供します。当社はHotelMEで予約・支払い・変更・キャンセルを受け付けず、宿泊契約の当事者となりません。
2. 利用環境・提供範囲
Metroのアカウントは不要ですが、ChatGPT側でのアプリ追加・利用同意と、OpenAIが定める利用条件を満たす必要があります。利用可能な機能・国・地域・プランはChatGPTの提供条件や適用法令にも影響されます。現在、一般公開に向けて準備中です。審査・掲載と公開操作が完了した後、案内ページに利用リンクを掲載します。
ChatGPTおよび外部予約サイト等で発生する費用や条件は、各提供元でご確認ください。当社はこの案内ページで有料の予約・購入申込を受け付けていません。
3. データの意味と制限
- 料金は取得時点の観測値であり、現在の販売価格・空室・最安値・予約成立を保証しません。複数泊の各日の観測料金が、同一プランでの連泊に利用できるとは限りません。
- 日付付き料金と予約検索リンクの初期対応は大人2名・1室・子供なし、1〜14泊です。今後6か月を対象に取得しますが、全施設・全日付の情報が揃っているとは限りません。
- クチコミの集計は利用者の言及傾向を示すもので、設備、アクセシビリティ、食事対応等の提供を確約しません。必要な条件は施設や予約サイトに直接ご確認ください。
- 情報がないことは、設備・サービスが存在しない、0円である、または満室であることを意味しません。
- ChatGPTが生成する回答に誤りや省略が生じる場合があります。重要な判断は出典・取得時点・予約先の最新情報で確認してください。
4. 外部リンクと予約
予約リンクは、確認済みのホテルに対応するプラン検索画面へ、指定条件を引き継ぐものです。特定の料金・部屋・プランを確保するリンクではありません。リンク先で施設名・日付・人数・税込料金・キャンセル条件等を確認し、予約先の規約に従って手続きを行ってください。リンク先の仕様変更や販売終了等により、条件が引き継がれない場合もあります。予約に関する問い合わせは予約先へお願いします。
5. 適切な利用
法令や第三者の権利を侵害する利用、サービスへの過大な負荷、不正アクセス、制限の回避、非公開情報・個人情報の不正取得を行わないでください。検索やお問い合わせへ、パスワード・認証コード・カード情報・身分証等を送らないでください。コンテンツを利用する場合は当社および正当な権利者の権利を尊重してください。
6. 変更・停止・責任
保守、安全対策、データの更新状況、外部サービスの変更等により、提供内容を変更したり、利用制限・一時停止を行ったりする場合があります。重要な変更は必要に応じて本ページ等でご案内します。当社および利用者の責任は適用法令に従います。本規約は、法令上排除・制限できない利用者の権利を制限するものではありません。
7. お問い合わせ
使い方、不具合、情報の訂正、プライバシー等はHotelME専用窓口へご連絡ください。運営会社：メトロエンジン株式会社（会社概要）。ChatGPTはOpenAIのサービスであり、HotelMEは当社が独立して提供するものです。OpenAIによる推薦・保証を示すものではありません。
Terms of use — English summary
Effective September 26, 2026. HotelME is a read-only hotel information service operated by Metro Engines Inc. It searches and compares available Japanese hotel information, review-theme aggregates, observed prices and supported OTA search links. We do not accept reservations, payments, changes or cancellations, and are not a party to your accommodation contract.
No Metro account is required. ChatGPT installation, consent, eligibility, availability and charges remain subject to OpenAI’s terms. Public directory availability depends on review and publication. The information pages do not accept paid bookings or purchase orders.
Observed prices are not live quotes, guaranteed availability, the lowest price, or guaranteed bookable totals. Dated prices and links initially support two adults, one room, no children and 1–14 nights, within the data horizon of the next six months. Coverage is incomplete. Missing data does not mean zero price or sold out. Review themes do not certify amenities or services. Verify important details directly with the provider.
External links lead to search results, not held inventory or a guaranteed offer. Check the hotel, dates, party, total price and cancellation terms on the destination website. The booking provider’s terms apply. ChatGPT-generated answers may be incomplete or incorrect.
Do not abuse the service, bypass limits, infringe rights, seek private information, or submit sensitive credentials. Respect applicable laws and content rights. Service changes, maintenance and limitations may be necessary. Liability is governed by applicable law; these terms do not limit non-excludable consumer rights. HotelME is independent of OpenAI and does not imply OpenAI endorsement.
