個人のお客様も、こちらのフォームからお問い合わせいただけます。Gmail・Yahoo!メールなどの個人メールに対応。会社名や法人メールアドレスは不要です。
使い方、不具合、ホテル情報の訂正、個人情報の取り扱いについて承ります。回答は入力いただいたメールアドレスへお送りします。

必要な項目をご入力ください。お名前はニックネームでも構いません。
パスワード、認証コード、カード情報、身分証、予約番号、ChatGPTの会話全文は送らないでください。お問い合わせに必要な箇所だけをお知らせください。
予約・変更・キャンセルについて
予約を行ったサイトまたはホテルへ直接お問い合わせください。HotelMEは予約代理や決済を行いません。このフォームは予約の緊急対応窓口ではありません。
プライバシーに関するご請求
情報の開示・訂正・削除などは、フォームの「個人情報・削除のご請求」を選んでお送りください。対応に必要な最小限の確認を行います。詳しくはプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。

Use the contact form above for help, technical issues, hotel-information corrections or privacy requests. Personal email addresses, including Gmail and Yahoo Mail, are accepted. No company name or business email address is required. A nickname is fine. We reply to the email address you enter.
The fields are your name, reply email, inquiry type and message (up to 3,000 characters). English messages are welcome. Read the Privacy policy and tick the consent checkbox before submitting. For deletion or other privacy requests, choose “Privacy request”.
Do not send passwords, authentication codes, payment details, identity documents, reservation numbers, or full chat histories. For booking changes or cancellations, contact the site or hotel where you booked. This is not an emergency booking assistance service.
